Nutritional Information: Like all seeds, almonds are high in calories, equal to about 500-600 kcal/100 g, and consist of 50% lipids, they must be consumed sparingly if you fear being overweight.



The sweet almond contains from 18 to 22 grams of protein, 54-55 grams of fat (mostly unsaturated), 19-20 grams of carbohydrates and about 12 grams of fiber. Vitamin E is present in the ratio of 23.6 to 26 mg per 100 g of edible product. One of the richest sources of magnesium, 100 g of almonds contain approximately 270 mg. About 3 mg iron and 220 mg calcium.
