Shipping information and return policy
Most orders are shipped the same or following business day. We don't have a definitive cut off time for same day shipping, although if your order has been placed before 10 a.m then the chances are very good it will go out that day. We try our best to push out as many orders as we can before our couriers show up for pick up, which is usually between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. If you've noticed an error in your shipping address please notify us no later than 11 a.m. If your order was placed on a weekend or holiday, your order will go out the following business day.
Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance. Once you have the products you would like in your shopping cart you can calculate the shipping on the checkout page before finalizing your order. To do so you will need to enter your address then click on the “calculate shipping button". Then you will be able to choose from the list of shipping options.
If you need to add any special shipping instructions please do so in the 'billing profile notes' section of the checkout page.
Canada Post:
If you only have a P.O. Box (no physical address) please choose this option. You may also want to choose Canada Post if you will be away during the day and there is nowhere safe for your order to be left. Canada Post will then put a slip in the mail for you to pick up your package at your local post office.

UPS Courier:
UPS will deliver the package(s) right to your address. UPS will typically place your package(s) directly into your hands or leave it at your doorstep, unless otherwise instucted. You can request that your delivery 'requires signature' or to pick up your package at the nearest UPS location or UPS Access Point, by leaving a comment in the 'billing profile notes' section in checkout. *If you request to 'pick up at your nearest UPS location' the shipping cost may be cheaper, in which case we would refund you the difference.
If UPS cannot deliver a parcel and returns it to us, there may be a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost, if there was an error in the original address on the order.
Note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders once dropped off by UPS.

U.S. Customers:
Unfortunately we have had to discontinue shipping to the US due to loos of products and delays at the border. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Pick Up Orders:
If you live in the Okanagan area, or happen to be passing through, we welcome you to pick up your order at our warehouse in Naramata, B.C. We do ask that your order is placed prior to pick up, as we don't have a retail store with employees to cater to walk-ins. Using the shopping cart method on our website you will be given the option for “pick-up” at the checkout page. Once your order has been placed we will notify when it is ready and provide our address.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased (within 7 days from the delivery date), you may return it for a full refund - less shipping and handling. If the package has been opened and there are missing products a re-stocking fee may occur. Please contact us to arrange the shipping details. You will need to have the product(s) packaged well in a box. Please make sure to include your full name and order number in the package. Once we have received the item(s) we will then make arrangements for your refund.
If you received a product you did not order please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will arrange the return.
